I am convinced I am doing something fundamentally wrong but cannot figure out what: shot some photos in RAW+JPEG with my G9, uploaded to PC with Canon software, opened Zoombrowser, can see the JPEG and the RAW picture in full color, click on the RAW image, select "Processing Raw Images..." the RAW editor opens and the image is yellow. I played with every parameter, slider option, read the help files, Googled for help and I get nothing near a realistic picture. Ditto for photos of my blue walled study - also all yellow. What am I missing?
Can someone point me to an existing post that maybe already answered this or help me out? Some mild urgency, I'd like to get some testing in before I'm off to Europe next week. Thanks folks!

My first question is can you post a sample picture? I would say there is a White Balance or Tint issue.

Two files attached (from PrtScn) - one shows the RAW+JPG(L) shot with the G9; the second is what the RAW file presents when the Processing Raw Images... selection is clicked.

That is very odd indeed! If you can in preview see the images fine, then I would imagine that there is a problem with the software. Have you tried reinstalling the software?

Hi - problem solved. I did reinstall the software and got the same yellow/green tone. THEN, for some reason, I decided to check the menus on the Editor. Under File /Preferences / General Settings / Color Management / Adjust Color Images using a monitor profile - was checked - I unchecked it and voila - normal colors appeared. I am now playing with the editor options to 'develop' the photo. Brenton thanks for the prod to at least keep looking elsewhere to solve the problem.
