Thanks for the comments!! Will do the forum next time :D

Pics were just long exposures using the metering on the 300D then PS'd in PS : CS.. Was going for that lomography effect, trying to capture an urban sort of look!

Number 3 is my favorite. Very well exposed and the composition is really nice.

In looking at the second photo (the hinge) I noticed that my eye is drawn to the square near the center of the frame. It is very hard for me to look at the actual hinge part on the right side (which is strange because it's the only thing in focus). I think it has something to do with the overall composition looking like a big arrow: even though there is a clear focus, my eye is drawn along the arrow more toward the left.

This is an interesting phenomina. Do other people find this to be the case or have any insight into how to compose an image like this?
