These were shot on September 27th, two weeks since the storm's fury in an area 20 miles from the center of the path. Repairmen were just arriving to set new utility poles. I live in this subdivision and was without power for about 10 days.

Wow, I hope no one got hurt. We all take power for granted until it conks out. It's hard to imagine 10 days without it, the food in your fridge must have went bad!
