I think the focus is off. It might just be me, but I prefer that images like this be spot on. @f4 the DOF at the distance you probably shot at will be rather narrow. I suggest you try for a tack sharp focus in the very center of the rose.

Maybe over exposed? Hard to tell with the very light pink area.
