changing the language

All the text on my IXY800IS is in Japanese and I cannot read it to change it to English!
Can anyone tell me what to do?

Can't promise it'll work the same on your Ixy as on my A630, but push Menu, choose teh 2nd (wrench) menu, and on my camera you want the setting just above the one that will show NTSC or PAL (depending on how the camera's configured - yes, they show that way in Japanese/Korean/Chinese/Greek/Russian/...). If you choose that, you should see about a bazillion language options.
