Peter Pan almost looks like he was cut and pasted into the shot or was this from some post processing sharpening?

Ahh.. I shot that at I think f/1.2 So subject seperation is alot. Field of focus is very shallow. I did have to sharpen it a little bit and use noise removal to reduce the grainy stuff.
