I'm a newbie at digicam world, but I bought Povershot G1 and used Zoombrowser with it.. A while ago problems started. ZB gives different errors (forex. if I try to delete image it closes the whole program) and is not working well.
Now immediately when I open program it says internal error, you should close the program. If I continue it doesn't show me all saved thumbnails:-(
What should I do?
Thanks anyone who could give good tips!

Yup.... Zoom Doom.
I've encountered similiar application crashes.
1) Attempt to separately back up as many images as possible to a Zip disk.
2) Uninstall Zoom.
3) Delete the Zoom folder
4) Reinstall Zoom
5) Import your backed-up images
6) Follow the instructions when Zoom prompts you to back up the database file.
7) Make noise to Canon regarding their need to improve this program.
Good luck!

Did you tried refreshing your libraries? See Refresh Online and Current Libraries under View Command.

If I try refreshing it only gives me a message that my database is maybe corrupted.. And now again it gives me internal errors. Not fun at all. I also wrote to my country's Canon, no reply yet..

Hi All,
A chance mishap of the fingers led to my deleting 100's of precious photos from my machine... Does anyone know how to recover an entire deleted database??
Thank you!
