Croft - NSCC and GT Cup

Had a great day on Saturday. The weather was good althought the clouds did play havoc with the light.

Cheers to Geoff for the couple of pointers re the camera settings. Still learning.

The main reason for popping down was to see the NSCC racing especially Phil Morris and Jeff Cooper. Jeff was having handling problems at the last meeting (Severe understeer) and after a suggestion of mine decided to check his suspension setup. He informed me that it was way out and after a day at Cadwell the car was handing 100% better so I knew there would be a good race between Phil and Jeff.

The GTs were there as well, the winner by quite a margin

The ding dong between Jeff and Phil was good. Jeff had quaifies 2nd and Phil 3rd and on the second lap Phil out braked Jeff into Clearvaux. From that point Jeff stick to Phils tail until the last lap when Phil got bauked by the Mondeo and Jeff nipped past getting his first class win

Some good stuff there Peter, have you done any PP work on these, particularly sharpening.?

If not, i reckon a quick swipe with the Adobe stick would make all the difference. If you want to fire the original file over to me from #1 i'll apply my usual settings to it - I have a near identical shot so it'll be interesting to compare.
