That looks pretty impressive as far as being mounted and what not. And that there is a girl hanging from it...

I can hang off my Gitzo 1325 as well. Could do that with my old alu Husky tripod also.
You could probably do that with a Manfrotto 055 as well (never tried though).

Tripods aren't about weight support, but about stability. If this adds to that, I'd like to see it proven ;)

According to Novoflex it should be more stable, thanks to the fourth leg...
According to the guy I talked with at Photokina, you set it up, adjust three legs, then adjust the fourth so it also touches the ground.

Can't find anything on the Novoflex website about it yet.
I still think it's a solution to a problem that doesn't exist.

Nice site though for comparing tripods and related stuff :)

Did anyone else see that and think about a certain kind of "swing"? I know I did....
