A nice set of shots. Usually I don't like the look of on-camera flash inside of gyms - but these came out well with good exposure of the subjects and minimal shadows. I like the first shot best.
Hard to tell from stills, but these fellows look pretty good. Or maybe you're making them look good. ;)

These photos are awesome, I like all of them. If I may ask, what settings on the 20D did you use to take these pics? Thanks

Crop, crop and more crop. Nice shots but get rid of all the background you can. It doesn't add anything to the image and only distracts from the subjects.
Increasing your lens to a 200, maybe 300 would take care of a lot of the background work. Of course it make it harder to keep the action framed LOL

Hi MT,
What ISO did you use? Can you tell me what your settings you used? Really nice shots. I don't think that cropping down anymore would add to your photos, except maybe the last shot.

All were at ISO 400. Shot manual f1.8 & 1/160 typically. (from 1/120 to 1/200), with a 20D, 85 f1.8 and 550EX

Thanks MT,
I was really curious what ISO you were using. Once again very nice shots.

Great Shots. I shoot a lot of wrestling and wished my shots would come out that great.
