Took this one the way home one night. 3 shot HDR merged with Photomatix.

How do you manage to do a 3 shot exposure of a moving object? I guess the moon doesn't move fast enough to blur?

What focal length were these shot at?

I shot this at F8 so the shutters speeds were pretty short. 1/6, 1/25 and 0.6. Shot @ 200mm and cropped.

Thanks. The 70-200 still impresses me on it's sharpness. Can't wait til I can afford to get an L prime!

Looks like the moon got confused whether it should be the moon or the sun. I like it.

You only have to sell some of your great pics and by the end of the year you will have lots of L primes :)

Thank you. This is a definite dream of mine. Hoping to make it a reality one day.

Very cool Scott, thanks for the feedback both on my comment and the question of the originals. :) Nice to see how things are done!

Scott, incredible series and nicely done HDR. How do you like Photomatix? I've heard many people recommend it.

Thank you :)

DS, I really like Photomatix. I am looking forward to see what Photoshop CS4 will have to offer in the HDR dept.
