Nice series. I personally like #2. Did you originally take them in B&W or use postprocessing to get them?

I take them in color and edit them in photoshop. I played round with the histograms... makes a huge difference in the overall feel of the photo, especially in black and white. The lighting situations in where i took the pictures were VERY dark. my lens was open at F1.8 at 1600ISO with my Canon 20D. The images were some what noisy but i thought it alitle film like when i converted it to black and white which I thought was quite nice so i ended up not using any noice removal software.

Is there a way of making the images black and white stright out of the camera?
