It is unclear why you took this shot.

The motive should always be present, not necessarily obvious, but not enigmatic either it helps if it's a strong motive. Central, aka bullseye composition is generally unattractive except if there is a good reason for it.

Probably a tiny bit over-exposed too. A lot of the high spots have no detail.
