The colors look slightly washed out, probably because it was in direct sunlight. Nice detail on the bee as you can see the individual hairs. The only other thing I'd recommend is shoot the bee from the front. Now, I'm sure you only had a few second to take the picture so composition isn't always easy in this situation. But seeing the front always adds a bit of dimension to it.

I would say that it will win more points with a more off-center composition.
