I want to buy a 30D or 40D ?!?

i recently got rid of my old xti and was looking to upgrade to something better and more professional

i shoot motocross photography and i have narrowed the camera bodies down to either the 30D or the 40D. i have done some reserch and i was recently introduced to this website by a friend and wanted to get some info and advice from other photographers with more experience then myself....
also looking for what you guys and gals have for sale.

please get back to me with some cameras for sale and a bit of advice

8 frames per second is better for motocross photography. PM me if you are interested

Between those two bodies, got for the 40d. It has much better AF accuracy.
