3 exposures combined in Photomatrix then imported in PS CS3 and removed some nasty colours as a result from Photomatrix.
I really wanted the dark gloomy look, unfortunately no minions of the night were present.
Thanks for looking. C&C welcome!

it just looks too dark and not enough tone difference, mess with tones more? :O composition is great though and has a lot of potential :p

I hate when ghosts show up in peach-colored sweaters... ;)
Ditto behind Lazuka. Lots of potential but it's just a bit too "leaden" as is.

yep I want it to look dark. Might give you a lighter one tomorrow. Then we can compare. I sometimes wonder if what we are seeing is different as I am on my laptop which might be giving me a totally different look to your monitor/computer.

I find that for buildings and cloudy scenes it is best to have 8+ images. While I like your second process I think it could benefit from a few more exposures.

I like the dark version. It would look better without the halo and the people. If there were no more people than shown, you could take one set of 3, sit there and wait till those people moved, then take another set of three. Then process both sets identically, which is easy in Photomatix. Save each one as a tif, then open both in CS3 and layer blend them, and mask out the people in each layer. Since there are no people in the same spots, in each image, they will all be out of the picture so to speak. Flatten it and finish processing. :)

the first one is better but like Mitch says.. the halos and people should be cloned out.. what a great place to shoot., good job!
