Hi all, I am right at the very beginning, have a new backdrop support system (with sheets so far) and want to start playing around with portrait photography. Im going to borrow 2 x these Britek lights on stands with umbrellas (from work), and have ordered the cables to get them to work on my 5D, and I know they are safe to use. I also have a 430EX Speedlite.
Ive looked around and been on the Strobist blog site, but am confused. Can anyone tell me more, for example, what settings to use on camera. I always shoot RAW, and you have to use manual for strobe right?
Any other quick, basic tips to start with? I want to put it all together and give it a go, but not sure of settings on lights or camera.
Thanks
Wendy
