Since 5D Mark II has HD video mode, is it possible to upload video here?

Nope. Not unless it's in an allowable format and within that format's size limits. You may host the file yourself as long, again, as it falls within POTN's image posting rules (not to exceed 1024 pixels in any direction, or 8 "images" per thread). Larger than that, and you may post a link, but not embed the image.
