Found it quite hard to get a good exposure and good detail, this was one of the better ones.
iso 1600 1/160sec
flash did not fire ;)

Nice job! If you're not sure what exposure to use, do a search on google for "moon exposure calculator". There are a lot of websites that will give you exposure settings that are very close to ideal.

No flash?! You should have used some fill flash to properly expose the dark areas. :) lol

Very nice job on the crescent ! You might do just a little USM in PS .

Already had a bit of pp work, original was a little soft and noisy. Didn't feel I could take it much further.

I'm experimenting with a couple of different ways to process these moon shots though. I'm having a bit of success with a different method.
