here's my first attempt at trying to get a star trail shot while anchoring something to the foreground. i think it's decent, but i think i'll try a longer exposure to get more motion. 10mm, iso 100, f/4.0, ~15min exposure. enjoy.

This is a great image, I love it! the autumn colors on the trees, and you exposed it perfectly. Great work on your first trails!
I wish my first were that good. :D

Great shot! I really like the fall colours in the tree as well.
