I am still pretty new to photography and mostly do kids
football, wildlife and birding with some car stuff. I have never
done a wedding. I only have 2 lenses a 100-400L and the 28-135
kit lens that came with my 40d. My friend asked me if I would help and
I think I may be in over my head a little. I have a decent tripod and
monopod,I thought about staying back and shooting the 100-400
off the tripod and maybe getting some closer stuff with the 28-135 on the monopod. Any advice?

Also rain may be in the forcast so if it moves inside I just have the
built in flash. Not a good senerio so hopefully no rain.

Stand back and use the 100-400. I think it would be neat to be a 2nd shooter outside with the 100-400.

I'll pray for no rain for you :)

AWESOME! My first wedding (as paid shooter) went well on Friday night as well.
