It's unanimous. Color 100%. Oops. I'm the only one that voted so far. Seriously, I, myself, think the color photo blows away the B&W on this one. Maybe because the flowers accent it so much. Plus the skin tone looks really good. Very nice shot. Your wedding?

I prefer B+W and would add a little contrast.
Why not try it out.

Looks like the B&W is just the color file with the color stripped out. Do a real B&W conversion and then see. As is the color wins between the two.

i voted for color but i feel a crop and a proper b&w conversion make the b&w just as good as the color.
nice capture

I don't know what u mean by "real BW conversion". Playing with channel mixer to get the saturation u want?

Put me down for the Color, even though I'm a huge fan of B&W I think the color works best for this photo.

Have you tried a mix in PS? I played around with a tighter crop and leaving full color in the background and less color in the couple. I think you could do a lot with it. I put it away because I was thinking why am I playing with someone else's file when I have so many here to mess with. I think if you want to play with it you could do some fun things. If not, I'd go for color.

Color, but cropping out the back of the foreground woman's head is a good move.

Color. I usually would go for the B&W, but this image needs the color in my opinion. When cropped, the B&W works.
