Hi All,
I've just recently returned from the Beijing Paralympic games, and after seeing many photographers taking photos from the same vantage point that I took my photo I was wondering if any other potn members went to either the Olypics or Paralympics and who also took a photo from the same point. I had walked across this bridge a few times and noticed the potential for a good pic, but the water always had ripples, until now. What do you think, does the reflection look unreal, should I try and tone it down to make it more realistic, or should I leave it as is, straight out of camera with a little noise suppression.
C+C appreciated.

Nice shot! I'd clone out the boats at bottom right, though..

That's gorgeous! I envy you the opportunity to be there for an event like that. Must have been wild.

Thanks for the comments gentlemen, I was thinking about cloning out the boats but I try and keep my photos as real as possible, yes I'd clone out a lampost or something distracting like that.
It was a fantastic experience to be in Beijing to watch my son compete in his first summer Paralympic games

Leave it as it is! That is great, dont ruin it :)

And I'm with Jim at the cloning out of the boats, should be pretty quick and easy and will help make the shot a little more clean

If possible I think making the shore perfectly level would make it more visually appealing but I like the reflection.

Very nice shot. That building makes a really great night subject.

Thanks all for your comments, sorry its taken so long to reply.
Bottom Bracket my son finished 4th in the F57/F58 Javelin final, not bad for a twenty year old in his first Paralympics.
So I cloned out the boats, And staightened the land abit.

Nice, that came up really well. I reckon it could be a home wall hanger now. Good memories for you and your son.

Oh and thats a really good effort to get 4th in his 1st Paralympics, good on him!
