40D + 300L 2.8IS = night football

I was feeling crazy tonight so I switched it up a bit. Used the 40d instead of the MIIn. I like how the 40D handles 3200 compared to the MIIn

ISO 3200, SS 200, f/2.8. small crop and resize with a little sharpen. NO noise redution

This is the worst lit field I will shoot at all year :(

Given the 3200 ISO and 1/200 SS I think these turned out well.

I would agree...I was a little worried opening the files. I dred having to shoot at that field

and the compression doesn't do them justice

They all look good, the slight movement that is noticeable in away adds to the pictures.

As this was your worst field for this season, it can only get better..:)...:)
