Is anyone attending the show? Is it possible there will be a replacement for the 1D MKII. If you will be at the show can you post so info about the Canon pro and prosumer line after day #1?
Cheers

Not me, it's much too far away for me..... ;)
Here's the website: http://www.pma-show.com/
My opinion: I don't believe there will be an 1D Mark II upgrade, the most likely upgrade in the DSLR field is that there's going to be a new 300D / Digital Rebel model, but Canon already took us by surprise with the 20Da, a specialized version of the 20D for astrophotograpy. You never know what they're up to...

I doubt you will see a replacement for the MKII as I just received a package from CPS today with a letter about "moving into 2005" and discussing both MkII bodies and a freshly printed brochure on the two cameras. I cant imagine CPS would spend the time and money putting out packages to pros pushing the MkIIs if there was a replacement ready to be announced within weeks.

I got a similar message from CPS. There will be a replacement of the 300D though: 350D. 8,2mp sensor. I'm interested if any new lenses are introduced... How about a non EF-S wide angle helping out on a 1Dmk2? 12-24 for example. I don't even ask for IS on this one!
