Okay, well maybe not true flashing, but these are some pics I liked from our Photo Shoot on Pier 7.

I am very curious about what all your thoughts are. It was pretty much dusk when we shot most of these, so I used the 550ex with my lumiquest softbox to fill in light. All critiques are welcome, positive comments regarding the model are also appreciated. That said, can we please not discuss peoples negative views about fit muscular women. Suffice it to say we all have our opinions. Anyway, thanks for looking!!!

Nate, another job well done. Sam makes a nice model.

In sam_04 the background takes away from her face, the buildings seem to overpower her. Other then that they look great.

Thanks as always........I do appreciate the comments. A buddy of mine here at work wants me to crop the pic and do a B&W conversion on it. That may help with some of the things you pointed out.

loved em' except the shoes!

LOL!!!! I had kinda hoped no one would look closely at them. They were not the intended shoes for the photo shoot. We first checked in at the hotel so she could get ready, then we gathered togethor what we needed and headed out.........minus the shoes and some outfits. Oh well, it happens........usually I do a check myself too, but I spaced it out. Anyway, I think its cool you noticed, thanks for looking at my pics. ;-)

A smile with teeth would have been great for the first shot.

A great improvement............I still would like to see some simplicity in the shots. (i.e. the last two shots in the series).

And yes, those shoes are not the best shoes for her........it looks dated and matronly.

Thanks for the compliment. She did have these really sexy black heels to wear..........they would have looked great, actually they did later when we went out that nite. LOL. Oh well, next time.

All great, but 04 is definately the best.
And I agree with swatcop. A closer crop of 04 would make an awesome image.

Thanks, I was playing around with the image last night, it does look better cropped down......now I just have to decide how much to crop. :-)
