Found this lovely little fox on the way home today . . . it was across the Bear River, thus this is as close as one could get to it. The lens is at max I can assure you. I see them from time to time but have not taken a shot of them so until I get a better digital one, this is a keeper. Even at a long shot.

Wouldn't that be an interesting fox shot if there were some rabbit ears just barely visible on the right side?

I love the way the white really brings out the rusty colour of the foxs fur.

Yes, out my way everything is a long ways from me. One could use a LONG lens every day. But you would have to sell the farm to purchase same . . . so we will make do with the 100-400 for the time being, lol.

Still, the fox is pretty sharp and the color comes through very well. It's a good shot IMO.
