Pair of Eagles . . .

Found this pair of bald eagles sitting in front of the fog rising from the bay. Looked like they were resting up either for or from the hunt. There were a total of 5 in this grouping that we were able to spot along the tree line, before it disappeared into the mist. Beautiful creatures . . .

Well Fer . . . a little closer perhaps. There were a group of "birders' watching them and they were getting a little upset that I 'dare' to work my way through the woods to get a better shot. They just want to sit on their big butts and watch from the car and etc. et al. We are in the winter range for bald eagles so we more or less have them all over.
