Some mixed recent bug shots.

This flat footed fly seems to like having it's photograph taken

Seems to be flying aphid season here at the moment plus more amd more bark flies are appearing.
I'm now convinced that the bugs in my garden think the plastic sun chairs are for them to sit on rather than me :)
Linda- must admit I thought initially the little spider was injured- it was behaving rather oddly - but was only when I got it under the lens I realised it was carrying an egg sac which it seemed determined I was not going to photograph.

I do sometimes bait bugs but these are all au- naturelle. I just have more time to wander round the garden than most of you being retired :)
