Strobe Advice

Hi, I use the G3 and was interested in buying a strobe kit. I was looking at 2 different ones. I'm new to this and just want something cheap, but still decent quality.
These are the ones I'm looking at:

I have heard more about the Smith-Victor, but you get a bit more with the YinYan ie: equipment & more WS for the strobes.

Any help in making my decision would be great.

I don't have anything to contribute to this ... but this question might better belong to the 'talk about photography' forum, as I assume that not many people use strobes on their G series and have relevant expertise.

Don't post it a second time, as this would confuse people who answer here. Let's ask a nice moderator to move the thread.
