You're clever... not your clever ;) Welcome to POTN, home of pedants, professionals, and photographers!
Sometimes simple is best... BK Photography. Just hope that Burger King doesn't object!

If you spell it Kreations you'll likely suffer from spelling errors by people trying to find your website.
Like Tim says, BK Photography sounds nice and easy to remember.
Welcome to POTN :)

I would forget the letters thing and try to just find a name that matches what you want to do and is easy to remember. Why does it matter if your initials are in the name.... will any of your customers even know that? I can't think of how you'd ever use that in any marketing, a website, business card, etc... it would just be real confusing if you tried to integrate names and the company name in a logo or anything. As the other reply said... keep it simple and avoid confusion by your customers. They don't really care what your name is.

I'm in agreement with convergent, forget BK, it would make me believe that you specialize in taking pictures of burgers or kids events held at Burger King.

The IT geek in me is screaming insanely at those letters. My best two (ok worst two, you pick) are:
- Maximum KB
- 2929 Photography
the last one is a little cryptic, but it's the number of KB in a 24bit 1 megapixel image (give or take a little rounding)
Geeky enough for ya? *goes and hides under a rock*

If you're going to use the initials B and K, I would suggest using KB Photography rather than BK for the reasons stated above. The only downside to this would be that K comes well after B in the alphabet and a lot of sites that list photographers go in alphabetical order. What kind of photography are you going to be doing? Knowing your main focus would help with this question, too. I'd definitely stay away from using a K for Kreations or anything that doesn't really start with K. No one but you will remember how to spell it right, and you risk losing clients because they can't find you.

I might call the company B(full name) K(full name) Photography. But do the branding as just "BKP". Everybody likes to shorten names anyway, So do it for them. You can add the logo to things and it looks like a monogram.

Honestly I don't do business with any place that does stuff like spells Creations "Kreations" or Candid "Kandid", etc.

Not bad, but I can't imagine who else would get it.

I have to agree on that--it's too cutesy and doesn't exactly scream professionalism IMO.
What about something like KayBee Photography?

Considering the potential desirability of having an earlier listing in an alphabetic listing and not wanting to have a discussion with Burger King's attorneys (one which I think I as a non attorney could win) may I suggest B & K Photography? or Assume photography by B & K?

kilobyte photography
or killerbite photography.
What type of photography do you specialise in? Perhaps that can help determine the name.
