My daughter is shooting Fall Out Boy at Huxley's in Berlin next week. She is better at understanding German than she is at speaking it, but will need to be able to explain to whoever is at the door that she is on list to shoot the show and has to pick up her photo pass.

Can anyone help with a few useful phrases to put her message across?

Thanks
Kat

Im not sure this is a forum to request German lessons.

I think credentials, media, and other words like that would be vital.

a printed email (maybe in both German and English) from the person who is arranging credentials, with the pertinent details, sounds like it would be good to bring.

Having something in print is always advisable.

Shouldn't be too hard to make yourself understood in English I'd hope.

Not too good in that kind of German myself, however:

Accreditation: Akkreditierung
Photo pass: probably Fotografenpass, Fotopass or Foto Ausweiss
Guest list: Gästen Liste
Permission: Genehmigung
Agency: Agentur

Thanks guys. She does have an email about it, but only in English as it was arranged through the band's management in the US.
