anything i should know? wanting to try get a decent shot of a spider from ground level. i dont own any macro lenses but the shop i work in has a 60mm f2.8 macro that i can use and a full studio set up so i can use the lights etc.

You would be better with flash, strong light will tend to fry the little critter.
