Anyone here have any experience with the Dell 2709W monitor? The price is right, but I haven't found anyone using it for photo work. Thanks.

How much did you see it for? I picked one up myself so will let you know what it looks like in a day or two.

Could be an interesting Apple day today. Rumor has it they'll be introducing a new 24" display.

Indeed they did. And wow, a single cord to power, display, and add usb connection to your macbook, cool stuff.

Eww for glass screen though...

I can get it through a state contract for $764.06 The "public" price is $899.00

Remember ADC (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apple_Display_Connector) displays? Ever try to get an ADC to DVI adapter lately? I did. Not one left in the country it seems.

I'd call that a road apple...
Let's hope they don't make the mistake twice...
