I sent my 20D together with a faulty permanently attached grip into the 'Canon Consumer Imaging Service Centre' in Elstree, UK about 10 days a go. I've received a letter from them acknowledging they've received it but I was just wondering if any of you have sent cameras in and in general how long before you've had them back? Do Canon let you know it's on it's way or does it just turn up?
