Yup. They're clouds, alright. Put an interesting subject in front of them and you'll have yourself something there, Bryan. For clouds there very good, though.

Clouds are good for backgrounds on websites and print projects; basically decent stock.

It is hard to take pictures of clouds and make them work; if you want to hold the viewer's interest you either need some extremely unusual clouds or a subject (as pugdaddy said).
