Question for the pros.

I have never done a "photo shoot" with a car, but a friends dad asked me if I could take some really nice shots of his completly restored '69 Dart (Pristine by the way). I would love to do it, and I was just wondering if you guys had any hints tips or tricks for me. I'd love to post them up after I'm dont with it. Ive always valued everyones opinion on here, so anything coming from you guys is helpful. Thanks for reading, God bless and have a great day!

Best tip I have come across apart from shooting at dawn/dusk is a tripod and CPL.

Take multiple shots of the car with the CPL at different angles and merge the best parts via Photoshop.

Try manual to hold some tone in the highlights. For a good starting point, first set the f-stop & shutter speed you need for the effect you want. Then the other parameter: f-stop or shutter speed. Then adjust the ISO.
