I was 15ft from Obama with my 70-200 is and got some pretty good images. What are my options in trying to generate revenue with them?

It seems that the media follows both candidates around like lost puppies and that the market is flooded with shots of them. So unless your shots are somehow unique , I don't think there would be much of a chance to sell them.

Photoshop Bat Boy into the back ground and sell them to the Enquirer. Hillary has a cover with Bat Boy. Submit them, what have you got to lose?

Unfortunately, in the time it took you to even think of asking here, AP and Getty have their images on the wire already.

I'd suggest Alamy. Even with the other major agencies, they may not have had the same angle or gotten the same shots. If it's a good quality image, chances are it's something slightly different from the others available, and that's sometimes all it takes.

With coverage Obama is getting, you options are equal to zero. Save them, so you can tell your grandkids you have your own photos of USA president... if he will be elected.
Other then that, you are too late for anything serious. When it comes to this business it's matter of seconds not even minutes, so coming home, downloading editing photos, then asking what to do on POTN, searching for proper contacts of agencies or papers... just doesn't work. Before you will do all this, Obama will win or lose elections already, so your photos won't be news anymore. Actually... they are old news now already.
