Here's a 3-shot HDR (-1, 0, +1) ... manually processed in CS3 to get that realistic look.

C&C Please.
Thanks for looking!

CS3 is good for getting the realistic look, but, the same thing could have been done with a single RAW file and less work. Also, this doesn't show what HDR is primarily used for, to lighten shadows and tone down overbright highlights. Still, it's an interesting shot of the India countryside. :)

i don't know, i think that the above example is pretty good. you have the sky nicely exposed as well as the grass...i think this is a good picture. take the car out and it could have been better!

nice, my only two critiques would be to lighten up the bottom half of the shot and get that person out of the back seat and roll the window up...
thats India? i never expected it to look like that ( i dont get out much.. lol) i always think of it as desert-like for some reason.. lol have no clue way!

Thanks MK!
We had a 3-day holiday here last week, so we decided to take a family vacation at this (http://www.bonhabiresort.com) resort near Kaziranga National Park. Since it's only 250k from our place, we decided to take the car... I took this shot en route... I let the car be in the shot as a remembrance for this trip:)
I understand though, that from a landscape shot perspective, the car is out-of-element here.

Yes! This is India!
Geographically, India is a very large country.. and has diverse landscapes... the deserts of Rajasthan... the Himalayalan states where there's snow 12months a year, the beaches & lagoons in the south to the lush greenery in the north-east!
Attaching a few more fotos of our cottage and the resort taken in this trip...

Practically, it was like living 'inside' nature!
