I didnt push them as far this time. Still waiting for the 5DII.
Really off night.
The home team got steamrolled, there was almost zero passing, almost all running plays went for ~3 yards on average, and I was always on the wrong side of things.

Nice images. I need to get more reaction shots like your #4. How many steps to your PP?

You must not have got the memo, the 5D is not capable of being a good sports body so by default these images all suck.;)

Really though, nice set. You got some good moments and some nice expressions. I guess I like #5 best for action, and #4 for expression. That guy must be a lineman.

Lets see....

Ingest pictures through Photo Mechanic
Pick out the bad ones
Batch convert the good ones through DPP
Resize/Crop/Sharpen in CS3

And thats it.

Hey Adam, what where your settings for these?

They should all be 1/640~1/800, f/2.8, 3200 ISO.
Oddly enough, the visitor side of the field was 1/3 stop darker than the home side of the field.

Haha because from whats available to see out there, the 5D2 performs much better than the 5D at high ISO. Not to mention, larger/brighter VF, better screen, more MP, HD video, weather sealing, blahblahblah
