Hi Grant - good arrangement and nice posing. However it looks like you're 1 or more stops underexposed. I'm also guessing that you were using a fairly small aperture and higher shutter speed which may have contributed to the underexposure and darker background.

Not bad. Suggestions....
From the bride and groom go from tallest to shortest to create a smoother line for your eyes to follow (like you did the bridesmaids). Have all the guys either put their hands to their side or one hand on top of the other. In PS lasso the group, feather at 100 and brighten up your background. And I am not a big fan of having flower pedals in the forground. For me it distracts from the couple. Overall it is a decent shot.

Nice.
Atl-Fotos - I prefer to stay away from the Adam and Eve pose (the ones where the hands are crossed in front - like the groom. It is more pleasant just to have their hands down by their sides naturally.
You may try next time to place an extra flash behind the group and bare bulb it to get separation from the background.
Over all posing could use some help BUT you did say this was your first time - nice job - keep it up and your skills will improve!
