Processing in UK?

Can anyone recommend somewhere in the UK (preferably Midlands) where I can take my films to be processed and put onto CD? I am asking because I want the files burnt as TIFF and not JPEG. TIFF files and the negatives is all I'm after. Thanks in advance.
