What I am asking for is, I would really like to try an "L" lens on my camera before I make the $1,000.00 plunge and if there was anybody close I mean with in 50 miles or so that would like to meet me and just let me snap a few pictures with an "L" lens I would really like to meet you. I have really enjoyed this forum and have learned so much that I really look foward to taking pictures just about anywhere I go. As you can see from my list I am not affraid to spend some money I just keep looking at those pretty "L" Lens and asking my self will they really take better pictures then the Sigma's that I have allready.

Rebel.
What L lens are you talking about? there are a ton of them.......... You know, an L lens is a classification, not a type of lens.
L level lenses will outperform a Sigma, Canon, Tamron, and Tokina; both in image quality but more importantly in overall perforamce and build. You don't need to test it to see if they are better, they just are.
A 70-200 is not the same as a 24-70, performance differs from lens to lens. What you need is to first decide what lens you actually need, and from what I am assuming from the way you are asking, why you actually need an L lens.
Then shop around and maybe then ask if you can try someone L lens. I mean, some guy can offer you his 600mm, but I don't think you need or want to buy a $7000 lens.
