A few of the keepers from a bridal shoot today. No PP done on them, thus far. C&C welcomed.

I think these have a lot of potential. The poses being the strongest aspect of them as they are now. They need a little pop. Try playing with the levels etc to get them to have more contrast etc. Bump up the saturation too. Looks like they could have used a little fill flash. Just my two cents

IMO they look way too cool and she looks very grey. Definitely need some warming up and more saturation (or less, if that's what you're going for). The last pic looks like her face is under-exposed, like the light missed it a bit. Try dodging it some.
I like the pictures though! Showin' off the boots is hot!

She looks like she needs to be saturated a lot more. Is that because of the veil? Or her skin? The color tones don't flatter her. She looks unhealthy. Can you zoom in on one of them and saturate and contrast more?

@ aleem - I'm afraid you're correct. I'm blaming it on my cheap glass. Couldn't be operator error ! ;)
Here are a few after some work in ACR and Photoshop:

They are a little flat in contrast making them look soft. Bumping contrast with curves or levels will help a lot for the sharpness.

Which lens did you use? For portraits like this you need to have the aperture better than 2.8 to give it the proper depth, IMO. This is why the colors and images look flat. I used my 24-70 today outdoors for a family shoot and I had to have it f2.8 because it was getting dark, but the focus issue wasn't a problem, just the depth.

I think all these were with my 70-300 or 18-55 IS, both f/4-5.6. I definitely need some faster lenses. I have a 50/1.8, but for some reason opted not to use it today.

Just wondering what color her dress is as it seems a different colour in every photo?

Now that's what i'm talkin about! Those look great...Way better than the first. She looks like a live human now! High five on these.
edit: although the first one seems to be a little off in the WB, or it could be too much flash on her with no gel or something, but she looks blue-ish compared to the warm background, making it looks like a pop-up flash was used for a snapshot. I just think a little too much flash is seen on the first one. But overall i'm really diggin' them!

The edited shots are very nice, though I agree that the WB might be off just a bit.
Love the boots, too.
