Lost the book on my monitor

I have a Sony 19" SDM-HS93 monitor. I lost the factory book on it. I did a google search and can't find what I'm looking for. I want to calibrate it BUT Colorvision says to set the monitor to the factory settings before starting the process. Does anyone know what the "factory settings" are? Or (dumb me) will the reset option take it back to the factory settings?

and enter your model number. You'll get several pdf files, one of which is the operating instructions for your monitor.
