Anyone have an easy tutorial for it? I've seen it brought up a few times...

I understand what a histogram essentially is, its a graph showing the light distribution over the dynamic range of your camera as you exposed the image..I think [I think of it like an audio graphic equalizer except for visual data]

I just am completely clueless how to read it or what to do with it xD
