I've noticed that when doing pictures in photoshop if I selected auto white balance that it seems the picture always goes way blue rather then whitish. I've also had people tell me my white balance was off with how I set it. I know I'm not the greatest anyway but figured it was me not my monitor. well today I also had a few pictures rejected due to white balance setup so figured I would try to software calibrate using adobe gamma.

now I've noticed that when auto is done it usually looks a little more natural lighting rather then that weird blue tint
figured I would post some before and after images and have you pic which one has the right white balance if you don't mind

please ignore the crappy chop job with the actuall image itself there.

please no talk on the subject, picture, editing or anything other then just the white balance and overall exposure. the second one is after the adjustment and was more just a quick throw together to get your opinions. if you also want to show me what it should look like I do have the raw itself that I can share.

thank you everyone.

First is a little yellow. Second is slightly on the cool side of correct IMHO.

Agree. Second is closer to correct then the first though IMO.
Both have a green cast (Most noticeable above the baby's head.)

I opened the first image in PS, and added a curves layer. Blending mode color.
Played a bit, and got reasonable pleasing (not necessarily correct) tones at:
R: 150/137; G: 131/126; B: 101/110:
