Software for organizing/marketing pictures

We are holding a reined cow-horse show in July and I may have to tke the show pictures and make them available to the entrants. There are 3 events, each horse has a number and I would also need to sort by rider. I am thinking of setting up a website to automate marketing i.e. select event/horse/rider. View pictures and place order.
Is anyone aware of exiting software to do this/ I think I could write something in ACCESS or Filemaker Pro but would prefer to avoid the hassle.

I think EE has the ability to add searchable key words and that migh work for you
