Since we had the full moon....

I suppose I should toss in a couple of my moon pics from last night. I had to dodge between cloud bands and I SWEAR there's a cloud attractor in my tripod. I only got about 4 shots and these two were the best:

Shot tethered with a 100-400@400mm. These are 100% crops.

That first one is right on the money. Great shot. The full Moon seems to clear the sky nicely for me. It's the new Moon that brings on the clouds here and foils my deep sky shooting.

I just checked the EXIF on my shots... the second one was taken second (go figure) The hazy clouds had started to come in, and I tried to pull it out in PP :(

Yes... I actually think that I should market my camera/tripod combo as a "cloud making device" ;)
