Evening ladies & gents, been looking at some templates for my website as I'm not happy with the pain in the butt it was to update the galleries constantly & the general look. If you could, take a look at these sites below and let me know which you like best:

1) Emanuel http://www.blusites.com/emanuel/#

2) Lucille Ann http://www.blusites.com/wnew/index2.php

3) George http://www.blusites.com/george/#

4) Mia http://www.blutemplates.com/mia/#

5) Brett http://sample11.photobiz.com/

My main concerns are quicker load times (mine won't have music), ease of navigation, and a pleasant gallery viewing experience. A touch of style wouldn't be bad but originality is hardly the strongpoint of templates :P Much love for taking the 5 minutes, and let me know what you think. Be brutal!

Also any sub-$500 providers other than Bludomain or Photobiz that anyone can suggest?

I like #5, but the images are small. (mine won't have music), Good choice. update the galleries constantly Galleries to do what? Just show your work, or sell prints, too? I combined three into one (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=379495) with simple html links. The home page is www.FrankCizek.COM & the PrintRoom site is www.FrankCizek.NET
The PrintRoom home page isn't intrusive, & this way I can use either URL on a card depending on who I'm targeting.

Free JAlbum.net - Will build excellent galleries & now has free hosting, too. A few skins incorporate shopping cart features & some of those aren't free.

Example skins - JAlbum skins seem easy to modify & there's a lot of help in their forums. Some subforums are dedicated to only one skin, which makes it easier to get info.
